Check in from home

Most airlines offer so-called online check-in. Just visit the carrier’s website or download a mobile app. As part of online check-in, you can choose a seat, check out luggage, or order special meals. Finally, the application generates the boarding pass you need to bring with you when boarding the aircraft, printed or stored on your mobile phone. If you travel only with cabin baggage, you do not have to go through the classic check-in counter.

Conveniently and quickly at the airport

You can also use self-service kiosks to check in directly at the airport, which are designed for passengers of selected airlines. Just follow the simple instructions on the kiosk monitor. Through it, you can choose a seat, check out your luggage and print a boarding pass. A passport is required to use the check-in kiosk. If you have a large amount of luggage, just check in at the kiosk to visit the bag drop-off, where you only give it away. For a list of companies with whom you can use ticketing kiosks, visit www.prg.aero.

Check in at counters

You can, of course, also take the classical trip to one of the check-in counters at the airport. In this case, however, it is necessary to arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure. It is also necessary to remember that the stops are closed at least 40 minutes before departure. After that, check-in is not possible. Prague Airport is currently building and opening new terminal checkpoints at Terminal 1, which will increase passenger comfort in the future.

Check out the private check-in service at www.prg.aero. Airport agents will provide you with the entire flight handling process, including luggage, while you enjoy the comfort of the Raiffeisenbank Lounge.
