Prague Airport has been honored with the 2025 Airport Service Quality Award. This award recognizes the exceptional customer experience for passengers departing from the airport, specifically in the category for European airports that serve between 15 to 25 million passengers each year. The award, given out annually by Airports Council International (ACI World), is based on genuine feedback from travelers. It highlights the consistently high levels of passenger satisfaction and the quality of services offered at Václav Havel Airport Prague.

“Winning the ASQ Customer Experience Award once again clearly shows that we have been successfully fostering an environment where passengers feel both comfortable and safe. We strive to make their navigation through the airport as easy as possible. This award is a recognition of the hard work done daily by all our colleagues involved in the airport’s operations. We deeply appreciate the trust of our passengers as well as the recognition from ACI World. In the next few years, we will undertake significant modernization efforts at the airport while maintaining full operations. This will be a major challenge for all of us, as we aim to keep our service standards high and continue to be popular with passengers during this transition,” said Eva KrejÄŤĂ, Prague Airport’s Director of Communications and Marketing.

The award is a result of the global Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program, which assesses passenger experiences through an ongoing survey. This survey measures satisfaction with various services and processes before departure. It is recognized as one of the most esteemed international platforms for evaluating airport services.

“Receiving this award from ACI demonstrates that Prague Airport stands out among the top European airports regarding customer experience. The results reflect the authentic views of passengers and affirm the airport’s dedication to delivering world-class service,” stated Justin Erbacci, CEO of ACI World.

The Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program is the most recognized and comprehensive system for assessing passenger satisfaction globally. Prague Airport has been a participant in this program since 2015 and has now received this annual honor for the sixth time in the category of airports handling 15 to 25 million passengers.
